By accessing or purchasing from lightbridgeamericas.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
- Products & Pricing — We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products at any time. All prices are in USD. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
- Orders & Payment — By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Shipping — We ship to the United States and Canada. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are covered by Lightbridge Americas. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from our warehouse in Austria.
- Returns — Returns are accepted only for items damaged during transport or with a manufacturer defect present at delivery. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. See our full policy at lightbridgeamericas.com/pages/shipping-returns.
- Right of Return (US Consumers) — Consumers in states that mandate a minimum return window are entitled to return any unused item in original packaging within the legally required period for a full refund. Contact support@edgestonebright.com to exercise this right.

- Limitation of Liability — Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
