Refund policy

All sales are final. We accept returns only for items damaged during transport or with a manufacturer defect present at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt with photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. US consumers entitled to a statutory return window under state law may return unused items in original packaging within that period — contact support@edgestonebright.com. Lightbridge Americas covers all return shipping for approved claims.
